- Refunds apply only for products with manufacturing defects.
- Items bought in discounts or sales cannot be returned.
- Refunds will not be issued for colour variation.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- If replacement stock is unavailable, a cash refund will be provided instead.
- Refund amount will be based on the current price at the time of refund.
- 20% will be deducted from the total bill as Government-imposed Sales Tax.
- All return or replacement shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
