1. Colour & Texture Disclaimer

Actual product colour or texture may slightly vary due to screen settings or photography lighting.

➡️ Refunds will not be issued for colour variation.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only for products with manufacturing defects.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for refund or return.

3. Sale Price

Refunds are always based on the price at the time of sale.

4. Refund Request Window

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a cash refund will be provided instead.

5. Refund Amount & Deductions

  • Refund amount will be based on the current price at the time of refund.
  • 20% will be deducted from the total bill as Government-imposed Sales Tax.
    (This deduction applies at the time of refund processing.)

6. Shipping Costs

All return or replacement shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
